Terms of Service

All sales are final. Digital files ARE NOT instant download. All photos will be delivered an emailed dropbox link once fully edited. Orders may take up 7 business days to be completed. Business days are defined as weekdays that I am open where I am not at a trial. All business hours can be found on my website, www.photographybyrochelle.com.

Printed products will be completed by and delivered from the photo lab, not by the Photographer (Rochelle). These can take 1-3 weeks from ordering to delivery, and the Photographer (Rochelle) cannot see where in the process your order is. WHCC (photo print lab) and Photography by Rochelle, are two separate companies.
